Steph's classes provide for a positive, challenging and encouraging environment where students can thrive.

While rooted in the YogaWorks training where she learned about proper alignment of postures and safe sequencing, her style of teaching  is influenced by the trainings of her mentor Kia Miller.  Steph has a deep passion for Pranayama, known as breath work or life force and Kundalini yoga.  In March of 2017, Steph completed 300 Hours with Radiant Body Yoga in India.  Steph's goal is to help students understand the importance of linking movement to breath, which helps calm the nervous system and taps into a more spacious, stress free, and compassionate way of life.  Steph believes when we live from a place of being calm, clear minded and stress free, one can connect to their unique truth and light. 

You can take Steph's classes at Yogaworks where she teaches beginners.  She also teaches at several locations for Equinox where her classes are more vigorous and cater to intermediate and advanced practitioners.
